Nontraditional students bring a wealth of knowledge with them due to experiences, yet may not see the strength in their skills nor incorporate them into the search process for leadership positions. Leadership, job and volunteer positions often list hard skills as minimum criteria, but what sets one apart from the rest of the pool?
