Reminder: Share your voice in all-staff climate survey

The university recently launched an all-staff climate survey to gauge diversity, equity and inclusion across campus. Now it’s up to you to share your voice in assessing key climate issues. All staff received a unique link from the third-party research firm SoundRocket with participation instructions and reminder emails are being sent to those who have not yet completed it. Please note that the reminder emails may come from an individual, eg. Scott D. Crawford, as opposed to SoundRocket. Michigan Medicine plans joint venture with St. Joseph Mercy Health System in Chelsea

Michigan Medicine and the St. Joseph Mercy Health System announced on Wednesday plans to establish a joint venture which will operate the 133-bed St. Joseph Mercy Chelsea Hospital in Chelsea, Michigan. U-M’s NCID launches three new DE&I initiatives, expands existing program

The U-M National Center for Institutional Diversity is launching three new initiatives and expanding an existing program as part of its ongoing strategic efforts to enhance diversity in higher education and society. The center, which opened in 2005, will roll out its new Distinguished Diversity and Social Transformation Professorship, Grants to Support Research and Scholarship for Change, and the Distinguished Diversity Scholar Career Award and initiatives.
