Volunteers from HITS upgrade technology at Ronald McDonald House

Over the past three years, a group of volunteers from Health Information Technology & Services — or HITS — has completely upgraded all technology services at the Ronald McDonald House of Ann Arbor (RMH-AA), a valuable resource for thousands of families with children requiring critical and essential medical care.Many HITS staff members generously donated their time and skills to make the improvements. HITS student interns also supported website and marketing upgrades, as well as audio and visual technologies during the annual Ronald McDonald charity event. Following vendor change, next engagement survey to take place in spring 2018

The annual employee engagement survey has been a longstanding tradition at Michigan Medicine, and with good reason. Consistent surveys provide valuable information at the department and institutional level, offering both insights and accountability tools to keep the organization strong. Recently, the organization signed a multi-year agreement with a new third-party survey vendor, Advisory Board. Because of the timing of this change and the complexities involved, the Michigan Medicine leadership team has decided not to conduct a survey this year. The survey will return in early spring 2018.
