2018 Employee Engagement Survey underway!
With just a few mouse clicks, you can help shape the future and employee culture at Michigan Medicine. Vital Voices, the organization’s employee engagement survey, launches today, giving employees the opportunity to share their opinion on a host of issues including communication, teamwork, recognition and more.
Here’s what you need to know to ensure your vital voice is heard:
When can I take the survey?
The survey is available now through Friday, March 9.
How do I access the survey?
You can access the online survey by clicking the generic link sent to your work email address from Advisory Board. You can also access the survey by clicking here. Please note that a passcode is required to participate in the survey because all employees have access to the survey using the same generic link.
How do I know what my passcode is?
Your passcode is your 8-digit UMID and the last two digits of your birth year.
Example: If your UMID is 12345678 and your birth year is 1979, your passcode will be 1234567879.
Employees with dual appointments should talk to their supervisor or culture coach for additional information to ensure their feedback is reported accurately and to the appropriate department.
Will my responses remain confidential even though I’m required to use a passcode?
Yes. Logging on with a passcode simply ensures users only complete the survey once. Unique participant information, including whether or not individual team members have taken the survey, is retained by third-party vendor Advisory Board and not shared with Michigan Medicine, guaranteeing confidentiality.
Will I still be able to provide comments?
Yes. However, please note that comments will not be scrubbed for self-identifying information, therefore comments will be reported verbatim. Employees can skip the comment questions if they are not comfortable with their feedback being reported as is.
Be sure to take the employee engagement survey. Your opinion counts!
