The Service Excellence Academy — now a part of the Office of Patient Experience — is offering winter semester classes to help faculty and staff learn tools and techniques to shape and personalize service provided to patients, families and coworkers.

Courses cover a wide range of topics, including an “Introduction to Teamwork” and “Communication Styles at Work.”
