Get support for managing long-term health problems
Are you struggling with fatigue or pain?
Are you experiencing symptoms that are affecting your daily life?
Are you feeling overwhelmed with managing a health condition?
Join PATH — Personal Action Toward Health — an engaging, interactive six-week workshop to help faculty, staff and their families learn new skills and tools to manage long-term health problems and live a healthier life. This free workshop starts May 23 and will be held every Tuesday through June 27.
PATH workshops are for you if you have:
- High blood pressure
- Ongoing pain or fatigue
- Kidney disease
- Back pain
- Other long-term health problems
- Are a caregiver to someone dealing with any of these conditions

When: 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, May 16
Where: Wolverine Tower, 3003 S. State St., 10th floor, Room 10004
The PATH workshop is a free, evidence-based workshop led by certified leaders. To get the most out of this experience, attend all six weeks. Bonus! Benefits-eligible faculty and staff may be eligible to earn $50 through MHealthy Rewards.
