Are you starting to think about retirement? If so, the U-M Benefits Office will bring retirement planning experts to University Hospital on June 22 and June 26 to assist Michigan Medicine faculty and staff.
Thursday, June 22: Drop-in retirement assistance in the Triangle
Benefits Office and Fidelity Investments representatives will be available to answer brief retirement questions. There’s no need to register. Feel free to drop by as your schedule allows!
When: 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Where: Mott/UH/Towsley Connector Link (the “Triangle”)
Monday, June 26: Learn about Social Security and Medicare from the experts
Faculty and staff are invited to attend a free seminar about Social Security and Medicare at Ford Auditorium or via a live stream. A representative from the Social Security Administration will provide an overview about Social Security benefits and health coverage in retirement, including how to apply for Social Security, benefit eligibility for dependents, when to enroll in Medicare and more.
When: 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Where: Ford Auditorium, University Hospital – Floor 2
