Sleep resources, tips available on World Sleep Day
Friday is World Sleep Day and the Michigan Medicine Sleep Disorders Center wants to help faculty and staff focus on getting better rest!
Representatives from the center will be available in the Towsley Triangle from 8:30 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Friday to answer any sleep-related questions you may have.
“Healthy sleep really does impact your life on a daily basis,” said Autumn Wolverton, patient services senior in the Sleep Disorders Center. “We will be there to give guidance and tips and hand out pamphlets to those who wish to improve their sleep hygiene.”
On top of printed materials, pens, pencils and other goodies will be handed out with the Sleep Disorders Center logo to help remind employees to get a full amount of rest every day or night.
