February’s Healthy Eating Tip focuses on heart health
Happy February and welcome to American Heart Health Month! This month's Healthy Eating Tip provides you with information about keeping your heart healthy.
Stop by the UH Cafeteria and check out the Healthy Eating Tip bulletin board where you will learn about purchasing produce, indoor exercising, heart healthy recipes, cooking tips, and how vitamin D relates to your cardiovascular well-being.
You can also enter a raffle for the chance to win "Grill It, Braise It, Broil It," a cookbook produced by the American Heart Association. This cookbook contains 175 recipes that use various cooking techniques to create healthy meals.
