Early-bird rates end soon for Integrative Health course
Early-bird rates are available through Friday, Feb. 17 for the “Creating a Space for Wellness: Integrative Health in Primary Care” course to be held on March 16-17. This course is organized by the Department of Family Medicine in partnership with the Adolescent Health Initiative.
With the theme of “eating for health” and a focus on improving health and wellness, the course is designed to inspire collaboration. Attendees will explore integrative approaches to a variety of conditions and participate in hands-on workshops. The conference will emphasize how to move beyond pharmaceutical approaches while working collaboratively with patients toward optimal health.
Sessions are taught by a diverse faculty and will provide a space where health care providers from many different backgrounds can learn together.
The conference will be held at the Kensington Hotel in Ann Arbor. U-M faculty and staff receive a 25 percent discount by using the discount code “2016UM” at checkout.
