Aside from yoga’s physical benefits, one of the best benefits is how it helps manage stress, which can have harmful effects on the body and mind. Stress can show itself in many ways, including back or neck pain, sleeping problems, headaches, and an inability to concentrate. Yoga can be very effective in developing coping skills and reaching a more positive outlook on life.

Classes are held in Cardiovascular Medicine at Domino’s Farms medically-supervised Fitness Center, Mon & Wed 7:00 am & Tue & Thu 2:30 pm.
