Attend a free MHealthy exercise class
Bring a Buddy Week is November 29 – December 5. During this week, anyone interested in trying out a 100-level MHealthy exercise or relaxation class before registering can attend for free.
Registration opens on December 7 for winter 2016 exercise and relaxation classes, which includes more than 100 classes for U-M faculty and staff, and the general public (perfect if you want to join with a friend or family member!). Classes run January 7 – April 20, 2016.
Classes include yoga, Pilates, Zumba, strength training, spinning, step aerobics, and much more. All are taught by certified instructors and are located in more than 26 locations around campus, including the University Hospital, NCRC and KMS.
