Fall MHealthy exercise and relaxation classes start next week
Registration is now open for more than 100 exercise and relaxation classes that will help you get moving, get energized, and relieve stress this fall. Choose from a wide variety of classes, including yoga, Pilates, Zumba, strength training, spinning, step aerobics, and much more.
Classes are open to U-M faculty, staff and the general public and are for every level, from beginners to advance. The 15-week fall session runs September 10 – December 18, 2015.
All MHealthy classes are taught by certified instructors and are located at 26 different sites across the university, including the University Hospital, NCRC and KMS.
