Crucial Accountability workshop teaches how to hold others accountable (June 26)

Improve accountability, execution and performance.  The Crucial Accountability workshop provides a methodology for effectively holding others accountable that's based on more than 25 years of research. This one-day course teaches a straightforward, step-by-step process for identifying and resolving performance gaps, strengthening accountability, eliminating inconsistency and reducing resentment.

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to list a step-by-step process for identifying and resolving performance problems; more accurately diagnose and resolve underlying causes of performance gaps, and identify ways for more effectively motivating others.

Prerequisite: Crucial Conversations
This course will build on the principles and skills participants learned in Crucial Conversations Training. Crucial Accountability uses video, group discussions, skill practice and application of the step-by-step process to a real-life scenario.
