Continued forestry efforts including removal of invasive plants and reforestation tree plantings by staff and students have earned the Ann Arbor campus recognition as a Tree Campus USA institution by the Arbor Day Foundation, for the seventh consecutive year. The U-M community is invited to get involved in 2015 efforts by participating in the North Campus Invasive plant removal April 11. For more information, contact Bob Grese, professor in the School of Natural Resources and Environment and director of Nichols Arboretum, at bgrese@umich.edu.
