U-M Michigan Visiting Nurses will administer seasonal flu vaccine to persons 18 years of age and older.
The clinic will take place Wednesday, Oct. 5 from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. at the Turner Senior Resource Center, 2401 Plymouth Road in Ann Arbor.
The public is welcome and no registration is needed.
The following insurances will be accepted: Medicare Part B, BCBSM Medicare Plus Blue PPO, BCN Advantage, Health Plus Medicare Plus Advantage HMO/PPO, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan PPO, BCN, U-M Premier Care, BlueCaid, HAP (except HAP Senior Plus), Health Plus HMO/PPO/POS/MI Child, and Priority Health PPO/HMO.
Participants must show their insurance card at the time of vaccination. If not covered by insurance, payment options include cash, check and credit card.
Pneumonia vaccine will also be available.
