Some aspects of UM-CareLink and CareWeb will change on February 1, 2012 due to impacts from the initial MiChart rollout. It is important for you to know about these changes.

Effective February 1, 2012 you will notice changes in the following processes and systems:
- Registration or CPI Number will now be the Medical Record Number (MRN)
- Visit Number will now be the Contact Serial Number (CSN)
- Wrist Bands
- Isolation Precaution annotations
- Patient search processes
- Writing orders in the ED
- Department name/location codes in CareWeb
- Risk codes in CareWeb
