On Sunday, May 6, AT&T will perform telephone maintenance on the Cisco IPT Call Manager from 2-4 a.m. Two telephone resets will occur during this timeframe, lasting approximately two minutes each.
During the resets, active calls should remain in progress, however new inbound/outbound calls will not be possible. Users should wait a few minutes, then attempt the call again.
Sites affected include: Arbor Lakes, Brehm Tower, Children’s & Women’s Hospitals, Domino Farms, KMS South, NCASB, UH (ED) wireless phones, Taubman (MCIT) wireless phones and Ypsilanti Ophthalmology.
