The 3rd annual MJ Grand Breathe Easy Fun Run/Walk & Diner, supporting the University of Michigan Lung Cancer Research Program, will take place Oct. 14, 2012.
Participants will enjoy a 5K run/walk along the scenic Rouge River Gateway Trails before meeting family and friends back at Andiamo Italian Steak House (adjacent to the trail), located at 21918 Michigan Ave., in Dearborn, Mich.
Come for a ‘Taste of Italy’ and enjoy an afternoon filled with music, Sunday football, a silent auction and various children’s activities, including face painting.
Andiamo will be donating a portion of every diner’s bill to the Breathe Easy.
This is a unique and family friendly event where lung cancer patients, survivors, family members and advocates can gather together in a supportive and compassionate environment to be proactive, inspired and hopeful.
