Learn more about team science at MICHR Mentoring Forum (July 10)

The University of Michigan is known for fostering cross-disciplinary engagement and collaboration, but the practical work of collaborating across disciplines requires more than deep knowledge of science. MICHR is pleased to offer its Mentor Forum, to help mentors and mentees learn more about practical applications of team science.

Two outstanding leaders in team science and positive management will speak to mentors and mentees about the praxis of team science: Holly Falk-Krzesinski, Ph.D., research assistant professor and director, Research Team Support & Development, Clinical and Translational Sciences (NUCATS) Institute, Northwestern University and Kim Cameron, Ph.D., M.A., M.S., associate dean, Executive Education; William Russell Kelly Professor of Management and Organizations Ross School of Business and professor of higher education, School of Education, University of Michigan.

Participants can expect some highly engaged small group experience. Boxed lunch will be provided.

The Mentor Forum takes place Tuesday, July 10, from 7:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. at Palmer Commons Great Lakes Rooms.
