• Identify the environment of care (EC) standards related to emergency management.
• Describe the purpose and means for conducting a Hazard Vulnerability Analysis.
• Discuss the role of the hospital in the four phases of emergency management: mitigation, preparedness, response, and recovery.
• Identify key components of effective emergency management strategies
