Based on feedback received, MHealthy has extended the deadline to complete the MHealthy Rewards Wellness Screening to Tuesday, June 19. On Saturday, June 16 and Monday, June 18, screenings will be held at the University Hospital.
Benefits-eligible faculty and staff can make an appointment to ensure their screening is 40 minutes or less. Walk-ins are also welcome at all screening locations at the times below; however, those with scheduled appointments will be taken first.
Walk-in hours and locations for remaining wellness screenings:
• June 15 – Taubman Health Science Library, 2955 GAPS Conference Room, 9:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
• June 16 – University Hospital, Towsley Lobby, 7:30 – 11 a.m. and 2 – 5:30 p.m.
• June 18 – University Hospital, Towsley Lobby, 5:30 – 9:30 a.m., 12 – 4:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. – 11:45 p.m.
• June 19 – Michigan League, Vandenburg, 2nd floor, 8:30 – 11 a.m. and 1 – 3:30 p.m.
Complete both the health questionnaire and wellness screening to receive $100 (before-tax) and an automatic entry into the Rewards Grand Prize Drawings for the opportunity to win one of six prize packages valued up to $750 each.
Currently, 51 percent of benefits-eligible faculty and staff have completed the annual health questionnaire and 43 percent have completed a wellness screening. The university-wide goal is 50 percent completion of both.
