Michigan Institute for Clinical and Health Research’s Community Engagement Program will hold its fourth annual symposium “Stories of Engagement: Building Partnerships in Health Research,” on Wednesday, April 25, from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the North Campus Research Complex Building18, dining hall.
This year’s MICHR symposium will feature keynote speaker Sarena Seifer, executive director of Community-Campus Partnerships for Health, who will be speaking on "Promoting Health Equity and Social Justice through Community-University Partnerships."
This symposium will also include sessions on breaking topics, such as community engagement success stories, dissemination in the community, dissemination and sustainability and dissemination and how to impact policy.
The symposium is free of charge and open to the public, but registration is required. Register here.
Continuing Education credits will be available for various professions/licenses.
