On Tuesday, Feb. 26, Mark Fendrick, M.D. testified before the U.S. House Ways and Means Subcommittee on Health. He spoke about ways in which value-based insurance design could be incorporated into Medicare, to ensure that beneficiaries get needed care at lower costs.
